ADAC Masters Weekend
Eurospeedway, Germany
September 2nd – 4th, 2011

Next weekend the dream sports cars league will meet at the 4.534km (2.817 miles) long Eurospeedway for scoring points in the ADAC GT Masters. Each car is piloted by two drivers who change during a mandatory stop. That change is one of the most thrilling moments in the race because it needs to happen quickly and precisely in order for the racing car to leave the pit lane promptly.

Sharing a Team Phoenix Racing AUDI R8 LMS with Swede Andreas Simonsen, Christopher Haase is excited for the race in the Lausitz: “I think we will be able to keep up with the competition on this track and score a lot of points as past events prove. However, it is difficult to say how well we will be doing because the BOP (Balance of Performance) was amended once again. We will see whether this will do us any good.”

Only last weekend the 24-year old from Kulmbach was on the podium at the seventh VLN Langstreckenmeisterschaft (long-distance championship). He was the class winner and second in the overall standings in a Phoenix AUDI R8 LMS.

Ralf Müller, director of flatex AG, will support Haase at the race. The company has been an important companion for Christopher Haase since the beginning of his career. “I am looking forward to being at the Eurospeedway again. I will keep my fingers crossed for Christopher. The ADAC GT Masters is very fast and exciting motor sports and the live TV broadcasts are a great platform for our company,” says Ralf Müller

German TV station Kabel 1 will broadcast the races live on Saturday and Sunday from 11:45 a.m. TV station Sport 1 will show highlights of the racing weekend at the Eurospeedway on September 9th, 2011.
