Christopher Haase is strengthened at the start to Abu Dhabi
In eleven days, on 17th of April, the FIA GT1 Worldchampionship 2010 will go to the start at the F1 circuit Yas Marina. 48 drivers with 24 Supercars made by six manufactures (Ford, Corvette, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Maserati, Nissan) for the coveted trophy.
In his first GT1 season the reigning GT3 European Champion Christopher Haase (22) shares a Lamborghini Murciélago R-SV by Reiter Engineering with Peter Kox (NED).
“The circuit is new to me. I will have a look to the onboard videos to get the first impressions about the track.” Christopher Haase said and “during the winter I prepared myself intensively with a targeted training.” He also was active in the technical field. He supported Reiter in the development of the Lamborghini Gallardo for the GT3 Championship.
The Lambo stable REITER engineering presented its Sporting cars and the drivers during a presentation end of March at the Castle Emmeram which is owned by the Thurn und Taxis family.
Despite tight schedule, Stephane Ratel promoter of the series and founder of SRO was among the guests.
GT pilot Christopher Haase and his Manager Uwe Isert could get alongside the existing sponsors flatex and Der Aktionär another partners. Vitrade and Blancpain now complete the financial background for Christopher Haase who is hungry for victories.
